Hospital IQ Acquired by LeanTaaS to Create $1B Combined Company

Gunderson Dettmer represented client Hospital IQ, a leading provider of intelligent automation solutions for hospitals, in its acquisition by LeanTaaS, a developer of analytical software for hospitals. Hospital IQ uses artificial intelligence to help health systems achieve peak operational performance to improve patient access, clinical outcomes, and financial performance. The newly combined company will work to improve patient access, staff satisfaction, and revenue productivity.
