Jay K. Hachigian, head of the Boston office, notes, “As our fund formation practice in Boston continues to grow, Brian will complement our existing strengths. He will deepen our fund practice by working hand in hand with Malcolm Nicholls, who joined Gunderson last year, as well as Nick Guttilla, who has been a fund leader in the Boston office for nearly a decade.”

Mr. Huber earned his JD from Cornell Law School and his BA from the College of the Holy Cross.
