Gunderson Dettmer is ranked eleventh in RSG Consulting’s 2019 Top 50 Foreign Law Firms league table focused on firms practicing in India. The firm is the highest-ranked new entry to the list.

Three scores were tallied to determine the ranking of each firm: Profile and Reputation, Quality of Mandate and Deals. Gunderson’s Deals score – combining the firm’s performance in league tables compiled by a variety of research providers – scored the firm in second place, confirming the firm’s commitment to India and Southeast Asia. The firm worked on many notable deals in India in 2019, including Lightspeed India’s $585M investment in Udaan, Tiger’s investments in Delhivery, ANI, Grofers and Ninjacart, and Dreamplug Technologies’ $150M Series B financing.
