Gunderson Dettmer and Skadden, Arps have been named as finalists by American Lawyer for their collaborative work dating back nearly a decade. The firms jointly support clients on complex, high-profile deals. Gunderson clients supported by the collaboration include Theravance, Coupa, Natera, Qlik Technologies, Tobira Therapeutics, Ripple Labs and Boingo Wireless.
