Gunderson Dettmer Advises Underwriters Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan on Cloudera Initial Public Offering

Redwood City – Gunderson Dettmer advised the underwriters on Cloudera, Inc.’s initial public offering of 17,250,000 shares at the price to the public of $15.00 per share for a total of $258,750,000 in aggregate gross proceeds. Capital markets partner Richard Blake and associates Brian Savage, Darin See and Becca Friedman led the team advising the underwriting syndicate.

Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, and Allen & Company LLC acted as lead bookrunners for the offering. BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, and Deutsche Bank Securities acted as book-running managers and Stifel, JMP Securities, and Raymond James acted as co-managers.
