Gunderson Dettmer advised Natera, Inc. in a follow-on public offering of 5,714,286 shares at a price to the public of $35.00 per share for a total of $200 million in aggregate gross proceeds. Capital markets partners Jeff Vetter and Jeff Thacker, corporate partner John Dietz and associates Ryan Gunderson, Cathy Kwon and Anjuli Schlievert led the team advising Natera.

The joint book-running managers included J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Cowen and Piper Jaffray. Baird and Craig-Hallum Capital Group acted as co-managers for the offering.

Natera, which trades on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “NTRA,” is a global leader in cell-free DNA testing.
