Gunderson Dettmer Advises China Natural Resources, Inc. on Registered Direct Placement of $3.27M of Common Shares and Private Placement Warrants
Gunderson Dettmer advised China Natural Resources, Inc., in a registered direct placement of approximately $3.27 million of common shares. 1,487,870 common shares were issued at $2.20 per share to institutional investors who participated in the offering.
Private placement warrants were also issued to the investors for purchase of up to 1,115,903 common shares at an exercise price of $3.00 per share. The net proceeds from the registered direct placement and private placement warrants will be used for general corporate purposes.
China Natural Resources, which trades on The Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “CHNR”, is a Shenzhen headquartered company with operations focused in wastewater treatment, exploration and mining.
