Gunderson Dettmer served as lead counsel to AgaMatrix in $32 million debt financing deal led by Prospect Capital Corporation.

Corporate partner Marc Dupre led the Gunderson Dettmer deal team along with executive compensation partner James Hauser and associates Lily Kim and Albert Vanderlaan.

AgaMatrix develops and manufactures a line of diabetes products designed to improve the quality of diabetes care. The company’s products feature WaveSense, a new technology that detects and corrects for many errors caused by differences in blood samples and environmental conditions.
