Gtmhub Raises $120M Series C Financing
Gunderson Dettmer represented client Gtmhub, an objectives and key results (OKR) platform, in its $120 million Series C financing led by Index Ventures. The company's OKR management software is designed to help fast-growing companies combine goal management and data integration to support human decision-making. The new capital will be put toward hiring and product expansion.
In the announcement of the transaction, co-founder and CEO of Gtmhub Ivan Osmak said, “Gtmhub was originally founded as a data company that formed into an OKR company. Data informs strategy and strategy affects data. With Gtmhub organizations can meet the need to work faster, be agile, and change course more rapidly. The round will be used for scaling, increasing market penetration and expanding product offerings, including predictive and prescriptive capabilities.”
The Gunderson deal team was led by partners Randall Clark and David Sharrow and associates Rosie Stein, Micah Kantrowitz, Sam Feldman, Caitlin Peltz, Allison Giebisch, and Lyris Ramos.
