Gunderson Dettmer represented client Eniac Ventures, a seed-stage firm, in the formation of its new $160M Eniac Ventures VI seed stage fund, as well as its existing $60M Eniac Select I opportunity fund. The firm invests in US-based companies operating in the B2B, financial technology, healthcare, artificial intelligence, biotechnology, sustainability, web3 sectors and more. Select I is the firm’s 2021 vintage (but not previously announced) vehicle for follow-on later-stage investments in existing portfolio companies. The firm intends to make approximately 40 investments across both funds.
