Elephant Leads $15M Series A Financing of Pedago
Gunderson Dettmer represented client Elephant as it led the $15 million Series A financing of Pedago, a mobile-first online education company. With its partnership with the Quantic School of Business and Technology, Pedago reimagines online education by providing a platform that is built for the demands of the rapidly evolving world of work. The new capital from Elephant will help the company accelerate the development of additional degrees and institutions, AI-based innovation, and career services programs designed to enhance student outcomes.
In the announcement of the transaction, CEO of Pedago Bill Fisher said, “Elephant’s investment – paired with their deep expertise in mobile and internet – marks a significant opportunity to deliver on our mission to develop pedagogically innovative learning programs for the modern workplace. “
