Electric Raises $40M Financing

Gunderson Dettmer represented client Electric, an IT technology and real-time support provider for small and medium-sized businesses, in its $40 million Series C financing led by Greenspring Associates.

In the announcement of the transaction, CEO and founder of Electric Ryan Denehy said, “We couldn't be more excited to start the next phase of growth backed by Greenspring Associates, an ideal partner who wholeheartedly believes in our vision.”
