Gunderson Dettmer represented client Vannevar Labs, a defense technology company, in the announcement of its $75 million Series B financing led by Felicis Ventures. Vannevar Labs provides defense technology products designed for critical national security problems. The company’s fundraising totals $91 million, and this latest round will be used for development of new products.

In the announcement of the transaction, CEO of Vannevar Labs Brett Granberg said, "We exist to bring the best engineering and product talent to the most important national security problems. This funding will allow us to much more aggressively invest in R&D for the products we're fielding with the government."

The Gunderson Dettmer deal team was led by Trevor Knapp and included Andrew Person and David Behrend.
