Gunderson Dettmer client and real estate platform Compass has announced $370 million in fresh funding. Previous investors including Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, Dragoneer, SoftBank Vision Fund and Qatar Investment Authority participated in this Series G financing round, which brought the company’s valuation to $6.4 billion.

In an interview about the financing, Compass co-founder and chairman Ori Allon said, “It has been incredible to see the growth of our Product & Engineering team, including the addition of Joseph Sirosh as CTO. We are excited to partner with new investors and deepen our relationship with our existing partners to accelerate our growth and further our technology advancements.”

The Gunderson Dettmer deal team was led by Steve Baglio and Randall Clark and included Wenli Cai, Ruchir Patel and Skylar Polansky.
