San Francisco partner Brian Patterson was honored by the Daily Journal as one of its Top 100 Lawyers in California for 2019. Brian was recognized for his work with Walker & Co., a consumer products company focused on the unique needs of people of color. Brian represented Walker & Co. in several rounds of financing before its acquisition by The Procter & Gamble Co. 

In addition to his robust company and investor practice, Brian is a member of the management committee and a hiring partner. He is also active in the firm's diversity initiatives. When asked by the Daily Journal about key matters for law firms to address, Brian remarked, "Think about diversity and inclusion. That's an area and way of doing business where everyone benefits. I'm really passionate about that."
