Gunderson Dettmer represented Sao Paulo-based client Quaddro, an all-in-one business management application, in its $3.3 million Series Seed financing led by Valor Capital Group. The company provides automated business management services through digitalization and tool integration consultancy for entrepreneurs. Quaddro will use its new capital to accelerate company growth.

In the announcement of the transaction, the creator of Quaddro Bruno Novarini said, “The platform works as a kind of digital portal for managing relationships with customers, who can buy, schedule, pay pending items and see history through the platform. The service provider has access to back office software, which comes with a calendar and payment management, and automation of collections, flows, up-sell and loyalty messages.”

The Gunderson Dettmer deal team was led by Christel Moreno and included Mark Foster, Eduarda Tavares and Arthur Dalmarco.
