Gunderson Dettmer represented client Brave Care, a modern pediatric primary and urgent care medical platform, in its agreement with Mednax, Inc. to develop new, innovative pediatric primary and urgent care clinics throughout the United States. The goal of the combination is to significantly enhance the provision of pediatric care.
