Gunderson Dettmer represented Asia Partners as it led the $38 million financing of SCI Ecommerce, a Singapore-headquartered e-commerce enablement company.

In an announcement of the transaction, SCI CEO Joseph Liu Jiannan said, “This fundraising round, the first large institutional equity investment in SCI’s history, is a strong endorsement of our integrated business model that serves many of the world’s most iconic consumer brands.”

The Gunderson deal team was led by Jonathan Pentzien and included David He and Kinnari Sahita.
