Gunderson Dettmer represented client CognitiveScale, a developer of machine-augmented intelligence software, in its acquisition by Tecnotree, a Business Support System (BSS) provider. CognitiveScale’s AI platform is designed to interpret multi-structured data and user behaviors to increase engagement, improve decision-making and deliver self-learning and self-assuring business processes. The newly combined companies will accelerate 5G monetization, increase their total experience capabilities and expand its services in North America.
