Addition Co-Leads $100M Series C Financing of Anyscale
Gunderson Dettmer represented client Addition as it co-led the $100 million Series C financing of Anyscale, a distributed computing platform. The platform makes it possible to build multi-cloud apps from a single machine. The company intends to use the funds to expand its operations and accelerate growth.
In the announcement of the transaction, co-founder and CEO of Anyscale Dr. Robert Nishihara said, “We’re thrilled to announce the general availability of Anyscale’s platform.
