netLex announces R$126M Series B Financing led by Riverwood Capital
Gunderson Dettmer represented client netLex, a Brazilian contract lifecycle management platform, in its R$126 million Series B financing led by Riverwood Capital. Used by companies in departments such as legal, supply and sales, netLex’s platform streamlines the creation, negotiation and signing of contracts. The company will use the new capital to improve its product by launching new AI-based solutions and expand its international presence, starting with Latin America.
In the announcement of the transaction, netLex CEO and founder Flávio Ribeiro said, “We founded netLex in 2014 with the goal of making contract management more efficient. The initial idea was to automate and optimize all stages of the contract lifecycle, from creation to management and closure.”
The Gunderson Dettmer deal team was led by Christel Hupfeld Moreno and included Jace Clegg, Aliya Sanders, Eduarda Tavares, Morgan Otway and David Koenig.
