Nate is a corporate and securities associate.
Nate specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles.
He represents a wide variety of companies from the biotechnology, internet, energy, software, telecommunications, life science and entertainment industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms.
Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Nate was a private equity and mergers & acquisitions associate in the Boston and San Francisco offices of Ropes & Gray LLP. While attending law school, Nate served as an Editor of the Boston University Law Review.
