Monica is a corporate and securities associate in our Austin office.
Monica specializes in merger and acquisition transactions. She regularly represents sellers, buyers and leading venture capital firms in mergers, stock purchases, asset sales and other complex strategic transactions, including mergers of equals, carve-outs, joint ventures, de-SPACs and acquihires.
Monica advises clients in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions across a wide variety of industries, including technology, financial services, education, healthcare, energy, life sciences, infrastructure and e-commerce.
Prior to joining the firm, Monica practiced in the Dallas and Austin offices of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she regularly represented public companies as well as private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in M&A deals and other corporate matters.
