Leanne is a corporate and securities associate in our San Diego office.
Leanne focuses her practice on emerging growth companies in all life cycle stages. She counsels companies in various industries including life sciences and biotechnology, software, entertainment software, and consumer products, among others. Leanne is experienced in venture capital financings, corporate formation and governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, debt offerings, securities regulation, capital market transactions, and initial and follow-on public offerings.
Prior to attending law school, Leanne worked with emerging growth companies throughout San Diego preparing business plans, raising capital, and providing financial modeling and analysis. She also served as interim-CFO of three start-up companies.
