Kai Sheng is an attorney focusing his practice on venture capital, private equity, M&A, and capital market. He represents startup companies and leading funds in venture financing and M&A deals, he also represents prominent domestic enterprises in onshore and offshore initial public offerings and other general corporate matters.
Kai obtained his J.D. from University of Texas School of Law and B.S. from Michigan State University. Kai has passed New York State Bar and the PRC bar exam. He’s fluent in Mandarin and English. He worked at a top-tier PRC law firm prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer.
