Sarah’s practice focuses on technology transactions, intellectual property licensing, and complex commercial arrangements. She represents technology companies, investors, and entrepreneurs in structuring and negotiating strategic alliances, collaboration agreements, development and consulting agreements, SaaS and cloud services agreements, and other technology and content licensing arrangements. She regularly counsels clients on the acquisition, commercialization, and protection of intellectual property and technology assets in connection with mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and day-to-day operations.

Sarah has experience advising clients across a wide range of industries, including SaaS, consumer internet and mobile applications, electronic gaming, entertainment, social media, digital health and wellness, fashion and cosmetics, and e-commerce. She also leads intellectual property and commercial contract due diligence in transactional matters and advises on data use rights, IP ownership, and post-closing integration issues. In addition to her commercial practice, Sarah maintains an active pro bono docket, counseling organizations focused on mental health, education, community service, and immigration rights.
