His practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions. He advises technology and other high-growth companies, as well as venture capital and growth equity investors, on a wide range of matters, including company formation, corporate governance, and strategic transactions. He represents clients across the consumer internet, software, telecommunications, and entertainment technology industries.

Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Nehemiah practiced in the Washington, DC office of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
