Mary’s practice focuses on the formation, organization, and operation of venture capital and other private equity funds and their related management entities. She counsels fund managers on all stages of the fundraising process, including the preparation of offering materials, negotiation with investors on partnership terms, and the structuring and documentation of fund governance arrangements.
