Lily Wang is a corporate attorney specializing in capital markets, cross-border transactions and regulatory compliance. She advises China-based companies across industries such as new energy, healthcare, IoT and TMT on U.S. and Hong Kong initial public offerings (IPOs), de-SPAC transactions, mergers and acquisitions and SEC compliance, and represented companies and financial institutions in other capital markets transactions. Her practices also includes guiding multinational clients through internal investigations, joint ventures and complex regulatory challenges in China’s technology and life sciences sectors.

Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Lily worked at the Shanghai and Beijing offices of major U.S. law firms. Lily holds a J.D. from Emory University and an LL.B. from Beijing Foreign Studies University, and is admitted to practice law in Georgia, U.S.
