Kori specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles.

Kori’s practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. He represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms.

Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Kori served as Associate General Counsel at Austin FC, gaining hands-on in-house experience across a wide range of matters—from sports tech to sponsorship agreements.
