Julia advises venture capital and other private equity fund managers on the formation, organization, and operation of their funds and related general partner and management company entities. She works with fund managers throughout the fundraising process, including preparing offering materials, negotiating fund terms with investors, and drafting partnership, limited liability company, and other governing agreements. After fundraising, Julia counsels fund managers on governance, compliance, and day-to-day fund operations.

Before joining Gunderson, Julia was an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, where she worked on capital markets and investment management matters, including debt offerings for insurance and financial services companies.
