Jordan specializes in merger and acquisition transactions. She regularly represents sellers, buyers and leading venture capital firms in mergers, stock purchases, asset sales and other complex strategic transactions, including mergers of equals, carve-outs, joint ventures, de-SPACs and acquihires.

Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Jordan gained valuable legal experience as an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she represented private and public companies in corporate transactions. Prior to law school, she worked in various audit and assurance roles in the finance sector, bringing a unique business-oriented perspective to her legal practice.
