She also provides guidance to venture capital firms on investments, governance matters, and transactional strategy.

Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Jordan gained valuable legal experience as an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she represented private and public companies in corporate transactions and regulatory matters. She also served as a summer associate with the firm and completed internships with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office and various audit and assurance roles in the finance sector, bringing a unique business-oriented perspective to his legal practice.
