Her practice spans the full fund lifecycle—from preparing offering materials and negotiating fund terms with investors to drafting limited partnership agreements, limited liability company agreements, and other governance documents. Iris helps clients structure funds and management platforms that are tax-efficient, commercially practical, and built to support long-term growth.

Drawing on her experience as a tax associate at an international law firm and as a certified public accountant, Iris brings a tax-informed perspective to fund structuring, regulatory and compliance considerations, and day-to-day operational matters.
