Gabe specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles. His practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions. He advises technology, life sciences, and other high-growth companies, as well as venture capital and growth equity investors, on formation and governance matters, strategic transactions, and fundraising activities.

Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Gabe was an associate in the M&A practice group at Latham & Watkins LLP.
