Christian specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles. His practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions. He works with technology and other high-growth companies, as well as venture capital investors, on a range of strategic transactions and day-to-day corporate matters. Christian advises clients on company formation, governance, capitalization matters, and private financings, and supports founder and investor clients in structuring and negotiating complex transactions.

Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Christian practiced in the New York office of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Outside of the firm, Christian serves as the Co-President of the Harvard Law School Association Recent Graduates Network.
