Bennett specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles.

Bennett’s practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. He represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms.

Prior to law school, Bennett spent time in Southern California working in various product management roles in the tech industry. This included four years at Amazon, where his work focused on building out the question and answering capabilities of the Alexa product. In his free time, Bennett enjoys golfing, reading American history, and following all things Boston sports.
