Ashley is a Practice Innovation Attorney for the firm’s growth equity practice. In this role, she focuses on resources that help the group deliver efficient, valuable, experience-backed services to its clients. This includes creating and maintaining substantive legal resources, driving knowledge-sharing processes, developing operational best practices and leveraging new technological solutions.

Prior to joining Gunderson, Ashley held a knowledge management and business development role in the corporate practice group of Vinson & Elkins. She also has seven years of experience as a practicing associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and then Kaster Gravelle, focusing on corporate and securities law matters. Ashley has represented numerous emerging growth companies and investors in entity formation and capitalization; venture capital, growth equity and private equity investments; debt financings; mergers and acquisitions; and corporate governance matters. Ashley has also advised multiple companies, underwriters and investors in public offerings and ongoing SEC reporting requirements. She has worked with clients across the technology and consumer product industries.
