This acquisition is Karat’s third over the last two years and accelerates the company’s efforts to build next-generation solutions for organizations by supporting a broader range of roles, skills and levels across every stage of the hiring process. Byteboard’s technology will also complement Karat’s expertise and global scale to enhance how businesses measure candidate proficiency in using AI tools and building AI-enabled products.
