Chris is a corporate and securities associate in our Boston office.
Chris specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies and leading venture capital firms.
Chris represents both start-ups and mature companies throughout their lifecycles, including the formation of new businesses, equity and debt financing, and complex transactions such as M&A, tender offers and other liquidity events. His clients span an expansive range of industries, including consumer internet, software, cybersecurity, entertainment technology, consumer products, biotechnology, healthcare and life sciences.
Chris also advises a number of leading venture capital and growth equity firms, including representing these clients in a wide variety of investor-side financing transactions, and counseling on fund formation and related matters.
Chris is a graduate of Hamilton College and Boston College Law School where he was the President of the Business Law Society and a Senior Note Editor for the Environmental Affairs Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Chris worked in New York City providing outsourced business development solutions for alternative investment firms
