Christina Chen

Christina specializes in corporate partnering, strategic alliances, technology protection, and licensing and commercialization of intellectual property and technology assets, as well as transactional IP issues related to our clients’ financing and M&A activities.

Prior to joining Gunderson, Christina was an associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she focused on the acquisition, sale, use, licensing, and commercial exploitation of intellectual property and technology, as well as on the data privacy and cybersecurity aspects of her clients' businesses. Christina received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. While in law school, she also received a Master of Computer & Information Technology degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering and Applied Science and a Management certificate from the Wharton School. Prior to attending law school, Christina was a cybersecurity analyst at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office.
