Alexandra specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles as well as venture capital investors.
Alexandra’s practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings, public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. Alexandra represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications and entertainment technology industries, life sciences companies, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms. Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Alexandra was a corporate associate in WilmerHale's Boston office.
