Tony specializes in the formation, organization and operation of venture capital and other private equity funds and their general partner and management company entities in all stages of their operations. Tony’s practice also includes the representation of emerging growth companies throughout various stages of their lifecycles, including corporate formation, structuring and governance matters, venture capital financing transactions, and mergers & acquisitions, and the representation of venture capital and private equity funds in connection with their investments.
