Nick is a corporate and securities associate in our Los Angeles office.
Nick counsels emerging growth and venture-backed companies throughout their lifecycle, providing legal and strategic advice in connection with venture capital financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and a range of other day-to-day legal matters. He represents companies in a wide variety of industries with a focus on disruptive technologies, including software, Web3 and blockchain, artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality, fintech, digital media, life sciences and biotech, and consumer products. He also represents leading venture capital firms and strategic investors who finance these companies in equity, debt, and token investments.
Nick earned his JD from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review and received the Otto Kaus Award for Excellence in Legal Scholarship. Prior to attending law school, he worked as a journalist, photographer, and publicist with a particular focus on music, food, and the arts.
