XSKY Raises $62.8M in Series F Financing

Gunderson Dettmer represented client XSKY, a China-based provider of software-defined-infrastructure products, in its $62.8 million Series F financing. The latest financing round included participation from Tencent, Source Code Capital, and V Fund. XSKY provides companies with cost-effective, high-technology platforms for storage solutions.

In the announcement of the transaction, XSKY said that the new capital will be used for investment in technology R&D, build the technological capability of its industrial chain, and strengthen the company’s services.

The Gunderson deal team was led by Zhen Liu and included Kai Sheng.
