NotCo Raises $85M Series C Financing

Gunderson Dettmer represented client NotCo, the Chilean food technology company making plant-based milk and meat replacements, in its $85M Series C financing led by L Catterton and Future Positive. The funding will be used to take the company’s products into the US market.

In the announcement of the transaction chief executive of NotCo Matias Muchnick said, “What we want is to be the catalyst of change with many other companies. Why don’t we become the enabler. We’re becoming the Intel inside of other products.”

The Gunderson deal team was led by Dan Green and included Bradley Krack, Jesse Mosier, Lily Kim, Zahrah Fadel and Travis Glock.
