Israel-based Cyberstarts Announces $60M Venture Fund III

Gunderson Dettmer represented Israel-based client Cyberstarts in the announcement of its $60 million new fund Cyberstarts Venture Fund III. The new capital will be used to invest, launch, and support early stage cybersecurity companies and entrepreneurs to build the world’s most important cybersecurity companies.

In the announcement of the fund, General Partner and manager of Cyberstarts Lior Simon said, “Building the world’s most important cybersecurity companies requires more than capital – it requires a methodical and holistic investment model from day one by investing in the right talent and supporting them across every business function from initiation to product-market fit and beyond.”

The Gunderson Dettmer deal team was led by Sean Caplice and included Samantha Herschmann, Rachel Sackett, Bonnie Gregg and Jazz Dugan.
