Gunderson Dettmer represented client Dubsmash, a lip-syncing video application, in its acquisition by Reddit.

In the announcement of the transaction Dubsmash said that this is an important milestone and pivotal moment. By joining forces with Reddit, they expand their ability to serve the creators that represent the lifeblood of Dubsmash, helping them connect, share, and deepen their impact on culture.
