Gunderson Dettmer represented client DataGrail, a data privacy platform, in its $45 million Series C financing led by Third Point Ventures. DataGrail’s platform helps businesses manage compliance and data privacy regulations, and the new capital will be used to continue driving innovation forward to make data privacy management seamless for organizations.  

In the announcement of the transaction, CEO and Co-founder of DataGrail Daniel Barber said, “Privacy isn’t something that happens overnight.
