Abacus.AI Raises $22M Series B Financing

Gunderson Dettmer represented client Abacus.AI, a San Francisco startup that seeks to automate deep learning models for customers, in its $22M Series B financing led by Coatue. In addition to the new funding, Abacus.AI is also launching a new product called Abacus.AI Deconstructed.

In the announcement of the transaction co-founder of Abacus.AI Bindu Reddy said that unlike some of the company’s competitors, Abacus.AI is trying to build a full-stack self-service solution that can essentially compete with the offerings of the big cloud vendors.

The Gunderson deal team included Ilan Lovinsky, Jonathan Spencer and Matthew Rietfors.
