Mike is a debt finance associate in our New York office.
Mike focuses exclusively on advising both venture backed and public company clients in all aspects of debt finance and secured transactions.
Mike’s practice involves structuring and negotiating credit facilities for borrowers in a variety of different industries, including tech, software, life sciences, retail and more. The transactions that Mike leads include venture debt (growth capital term loans and working capital lines), recurring revenue facilities, asset-based loans and cash flow loans. Additionally, Mike has experience with acquisition financings and capital call facilities.
